UNSW Canberra is seeking a Manager Language Services to lead a high-value, government-facing education contract in Barton, Canberra. The role requires strategic oversight of casual language teachers, strong stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will manage performance reporting, budgets, and cross-unit collaboration while ensuring compliance with university policies and government requirements.

Remuneration: Level 8 from $132,445 + leave loading + 17% super
Location: Barton, Canberra

Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, the Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of a large-scale high-value education contract with a government department. The Manager will monitor performance and lead a large pool of casual language teachers to deliver educational services to a high standard. The Manager will promote and manage productive relationships with University and Government colleagues, visitors and students. The Manager reports to Herad of Innovation & Industry Partnerships and has 4 direct reports and a large cohort of casual staff to supervise.
