Job summary

Aristocrat is expanding its Internal Communications function and seeks a Communications Manager APAC to guide strategy across APAC, partnering with senior leaders to bring strategy, culture, and stories to life.

You will craft meaningful employee experiences, writing and editing across channels and leading town halls and events to engage a diverse, regional workforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Employee Engagement, or related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience supporting executive communications and translating strategy into content.
• Strong presentation, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across cultures, functions and geographies.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proactive, self-starting mindset with strong accountability and detail orientation.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support APAC Internal Communications strategy to ensure clear, consistent messaging.
• Create content for intranet, Viva Engage, LinkedIn, leadership comms and campaigns.
• Manage and improve internal comm channels across APAC to boost engagement.
• Write, edit, publish and coordinate content informing and inspiring employees.
• Partner with leaders to develop messages, executive comms, presentations and notes.
• Lead town halls, all-hands meetings, and employee events with content support.
• Collaborate with VP Internal Communications and business leaders on engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate campaigns and manage Creative Hub briefs.
• Oversee editorial calendars and prioritise key messages and initiatives.
• Leverage data and analytics to measure effectiveness and improve channels.
• Provide support on communications issues and change initiatives.
• Be a trusted partner to leaders to elevate communication effectiveness.

What You’ll Do

• Support the delivery of Aristocrat's APAC Internal Communications Strategy, ensuring employees receive clear, consistent, and engaging communication aligned to company priorities.
• Create compelling content across a range of channels, including Ally (our intranet), Viva Engage, LinkedIn, leadership communications, and employee campaigns.
• Manage and continuously improve internal communications channels across APAC, helping drive engagement and reach.
• Write, edit, publish, and coordinate content that informs, connects, and inspires employees across the region.
• Partner with leaders to develop key messages, executive communications, presentations, speaking notes, and strategic employee updates.
• Lead the planning and delivery of town halls, all-hands meetings, and employee events, including content development and production support.
• Collaborate with the VP Internal Communications, People & Culture, and business leaders to create memorable employee engagement initiatives.
• Work across functions to develop impactful communications campaigns and manage creative briefs through our Creative Hub.
• Manage communications planning and editorial calendars, ensuring effective prioritisation of messages and initiatives.
• Leverage data, insights, and analytics to measure effectiveness and continuously improve communication channels, processes, and employee experiences.
• Provide support on communication issues and change initiatives as required.
• Serve as a trusted communications partner to leaders across the business, helping elevate communication effectiveness throughout the organisation.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years' experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Employee Engagement, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft messages that resonate with different audiences.
