Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition – manage manpower planning, drive end-to-end recruitment, coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, offers and onboarding.
  • Onboarding & Induction – ensure smooth joining formalities, conduct orientations, coordinate with IT/Admin for onboarding.
  • HR Operations – manage employee lifecycle, documentation, records and exit processes.
  • Employee Relations – act as HRBP, address concerns, drive engagement and retention.
  • HR Policies & Compliance – implement policies, ensure labour law compliance and audits.
  • HR Analytics & MIS – prepare dashboards, monitor KPIs and reports for management.
  • HR Projects & Process Improvement – drive digitization, HRMS optimization and organizational development.

Job description

Job Title: Manager Human Resources

Location: Head Office

Number of Positions: 12

Responsibilities
  1. Talent Acquisition – Manage manpower planning in coordination with business leaders, drive end‑to‑end recruitment for Sales, Service, Plant, Corporate and Support functions, ensure timely closure of vacancies within defined hiring timelines, coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, offer rollouts and onboarding, build talent pipelines through various sourcing channels.
  2. Employee Onboarding & Induction – Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees, complete joining formalities and documentation, conduct induction programs and orientation sessions, coordinate with IT, Admin and Reporting Managers for seamless onboarding.
  3. HR Operations – Manage complete employee lifecycle from joining to separation, issue appointment, confirmation, transfer, promotion and experience letters, maintain employee records and HRMS data accuracy, handle employee confirmation and probation review process, ensure timely full & final settlement and exit documentation.
  4. Employee Relations – Act as HR Business Partner for assigned business units, address employee concerns and grievances, conduct counseling and conflict resolution, drive employee engagement initiatives, improve employee retention and workplace culture.
  5. HR Policies & Compliance – Ensure implementation of HR policies across locations, maintain compliance with labour laws, coordinate statutory audits related to HR, support disciplinary actions and domestic inquiries where applicable.
  6. HR Analytics & MIS – Prepare monthly HR dashboards, monitor recruitment, attrition, manpower and absenteeism, present HR reports to management, maintain HR metrics and KPIs.
  7. HR Projects & Process Improvement – Drive HR digitization initiatives, improve HR processes and employee experience, support HR automation through HRMS, participate in organizational development initiatives.
