Mater is seeking a talented and experienced Manager, Graphic Design to lead our brand and visual communications function. You’ll head a small specialist team, translate Mater’s strategy into high quality design across digital and print channels, and partner with stakeholders to deliver compelling visual solutions that support our mission.

The role requires proven design leadership, strong brand management, and advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).

• Ability to balance creative direction with operational delivery.
• Experience in healthcare, not-for-profit or other service based environments (desirable).

About the role

Mater is seeking a talented and experienced Manager, Graphic Design to lead our brand and visual communications function.

Salary range: $124,394 per annum plus superannuation andaccess to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900+access to many staff benefits!

You’ll lead a small specialist team, manage design workflows and partner with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver compelling visual solutions that support our mission and strategic priorities.
