A leading financial services firm in New South Wales is seeking an experienced professional to join their fund service and administration team. The role involves oversight of unit pricing, coordination of fund onboarding, and managing a small team. Required qualifications include 5+ years of fund accounting experience and a relevant degree. Join our Enterprise division in Macquarie Asset Management and support our fund service and administration team who are responsible for the daily operations of investment functions including the management of investment schemes and separately managed client activities (mandates).

You will be responsible for the oversight of unit pricing daily, monthly and quarterly, including ETF’s, review of fund distributions and mandate performance. In addition, you will coordinate new fund and client on-boarding, management of fund terminations, liaise with central product and front office teams, which will include portfolio managers, risk and compliance, relationship management with third party custodians, and management of three junior staff members.
