A leading water utility in Tasmania is seeking a strategic Manager Dam Infrastructure to lead a team in ensuring safety and compliance of dam assets. The role focuses on overseeing critical infrastructure projects and engaging with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering, proven leadership experience, and strong project management skills. This role can be based in Hobart, Launceston, or Devonport.

TasWater is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee the management of its dam infrastructure portfolio. The Manager Dam Infrastructure will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and project managers, ensuring the safety, compliance, and performance of dam assets in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
This role is pivotal in the delivery of dam safety and compliance programs, capital upgrades, and emergency management systems, while fostering collaboration across internal departments and external stakeholders.
