The Community Development Manager leads a regional Community Development team to deliver practical outcomes in remote communities. Build strong relationships with Aboriginal people, community leaders, councils and partner organisations, ensuring local priorities inform departmental programs and decisions under Local Decision-Making Agreements, Local Government Reform, the Empowering the Bush Framework, and other departmental and regional priorities.
