About therole:

This is a significant leadership opportunity responsible for the strategic direction, operational management and continuous improvement of one of Victoria's largest Clinical Coding Services.

Leading a highly skilled workforce, you will ensure the delivery of accurate, timely and compliant clinical coding services that support patient care, activity-based funding, revenue integrity, statutory reporting and organisational performance.

Working closely with clinicians, executives and operational leaders, you will drive coding quality, clinical documentation improvement, workforce development and service innovation.

About you:

You are a highly respected health information management or clinical coding professional with substantial leadership experience within a complex healthcare environment.

You bring:

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with clinicians, executives and external agencies.
