Job summary

William Buck is seeking an experienced Manager to join a fast-growing team. In this role you’ll assist a range of clients across business advisory, compliance and strategic tax services.

Work closely with Partners to lead and manage a portfolio of high-value clients, advise on tax strategies, review financial statements, BAS, and lead and develop junior team members. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or relevant discipline.
• CA/CPA Qualified.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in a public practice firm.
• Management and mentoring experience.
• Strong client relationship and leadership skills.
• Strong technical tax compliance knowledge.
• Excellent communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentoring junior team members and sharing knowledge.
• Review statutory compliance work including financial statements, tax returns, BAS, FBT and company secretarial matters.
• Lead, coach and develop team members through regular feedback and support.
• Review client budgets, cash flow and year-end tax planning requirements.
