About The Role


We’re building our Business Valuations team in Melbourne & Sydney and are looking for highly regarded professionals to join us!

Our team is comprised of former Big Four professionals who provide the highest quality services to our clients. We focus on various sectors, providing valuations for a range of purposes including transactions, tax, financial reporting, insurance and commercial purposes.

As a Manager/ Associate Director in the team you will –

  • Deliver complex valuation projects, including the valuation of businesses, equity, and intangible assets, acting as a key day to day point of contact for client personnel.

  • Suggest and interrogate robust valuation approaches for a range of businesses and intangible assets.

  • Work with Managing Directors to develop and propose creative solutions to engagement and transaction risks.

  • Supervise and support the development of junior team members.

  • Support Managing Directors originate client work, preparing proposals, responses to clients and preparation of thought leadership and GTM materials.

  • Assist with the development of best-in-class templates and ways of working, including the use of RPA / AI to efficiently deliver the highest quality work.

You’ll be able to help build a collaborative, entrepreneurial and inclusive culture, while being rewarded for your contribution to growing both the Valuations business and A&M.

About You

We’re looking for people with an entrepreneurial mindset who want to make a difference.

As a Manager you’ll bring at least 5 years professional experience, including 3+ years Valuation experience at a Big 4 accounting firm.

As an Associate Director you will naturally have more than this.

You’ll also bring -

  • A CA, CPA or CFA qualification.

  • Experience with industry-standard research tools, such as CapitalIQ.

  • Experience with data analytics and visualisation software (i.e., Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau) preferred.

  • Ability to travel within the country (where practical and possible).

  • Experience and willingness to train and mentor junior members of the team.

  • A drive to succeed, alongside positivevalues and communication skills that will fit into our culture.
