• Partner with data owners to ensure data quality and fitness for priority AI use cases.
• Define evaluation methods for generative AI solutions.
• Partner with Finance to validate benefits and value realisation.
• Act as AI Chief of Staff to the ELT to embed AI into leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the AI Science team
• Own the modelling approach for predictive and optimisation use cases, such as churn, propensity and network capacity
• Design experiments and measurement frameworks to prove incremental value against clear baselines and control groups
• Partner with data owners to ensure data quality and fitness for priority AI use cases
• Define and contribute to evaluation methods for generative AI solutions
• Partner with Finance to provide robust evidence for benefits validation and value realisation
• Act as AI Chief of Staff to the ELT, helping executives build their proficiency in using AI and embedding it into how they lead and work

Skills & Experience

• Background in applied ML or AI science, with experience leading people
• Strong statistics, experimentation and ML; Python and SQL
• Experience with churn, pricing, forecasting or network analytics desirable
• Clear communicator to non-technical leaders.
