Qualifications

• Proven track record leading AI/ML teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the AI Science team.
• Own modelling approaches for predictive and optimisation use cases (e.g., churn, network capacity).
• Design experiments and measurement frameworks to prove incremental value.
• Partner with data owners to ensure data quality and fitness for priority AI use cases.
• Define evaluation methods for generative AI solutions.
• Partner with Finance to validate benefits and value realisation.
• Act as AI Chief of Staff to the ELT to embed AI into leadership.
