Job summary

Typical week includes workflow management, reviewing work, budgeting, ensuring timely delivery, hitting billing targets, and preparing financial statements, cash flow projections, and tax returns. Public practice experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Tertiary degree in commerce, business or related field.
• CA/CPA qualification is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident and professional with strong client-facing abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven team management and time management skills.
• Public Practice experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of clients with excellent service delivery.
• Coach and mentor team members to support their growth.
• Review junior and intermediate team members’ work.
• Prepare scoping, job budgets and ensure work stays within time and budget.
• Meet monthly billing targets and manage client relationships.
• Prepare client reports including financial statements, cash flow projections, budgets, and tax returns.
• Support value-add and cross-selling services within the team.
