Ashfords is Melbourne's South East's largest independently owned multidisciplinary firm. We are seeking an Accounting & Tax Manager to lead a high-performing team and own a diverse client portfolio, delivering exceptional tax, compliance and advisory outcomes.

As a commercially minded leader, you will mentor staff, drive month-end and year-end reporting, and partner with leaders to improve processes and client value.

Formación

• CA/CPA qualified and eligible to practice in Australia.
• Solid experience handling SME/private group clients.
• Strong grounding in Australian accounting and tax standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with sound judgement.
• Proven capability to develop others and lead teams.

Job Requirements

• CA/CPA qualified.
• Solid experience across SME / private group clients.
• Strong grounding in Australian accounting and tax / Australian Accounting Standards.
• Proven ability to lead multiple priorities and deadlines with strong organisation and judgement.
• Strong people leadership skills, with a track record of developing others and building a sense of belonging and shared outcomes.
