The successful candidate will be required to lead complex grant programs and manage and develop a team in the preparation and oversight of the delivery of high-quality briefs and written advice. You will provide authoritative advice to the Minister for Multicultural Affairs, the Secretary and senior executives on the status and implementation of grants to support high-quality decision making and to provide strategic advice on emerging issues.

The Victorian Public Service (VPS) is committed to supporting diverse, inclusive and equitable workplaces for employees. Flexible working supports greater participation by a broader range of Victorians in our public service. To support business needs and team culture, the successful applicant will attend the office three days per week with current anchor days on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The third day of attendance will be agreed with the Manager on commencement.
