Job summary

Hillery Group in Dubbo, NSW, is seeking an experienced leader to direct quarry operations across safety, production, budgets and compliance. You will mentor site teams, coordinate maintenance and drive peak operational performance.

This role requires proven quarry leadership, relevant certificates, strong commercial sense and production planning expertise. You will build strong relationships with clients, regulators and stakeholders while shaping safety-first site performance.
