Care Agency Services is hiring Aged Care and Disability Support Workers to serve clients across Fraser Coast, including in-home, supported accommodation, respite and community settings. You will provide personal care, meal prep, medication support, transport, and social companionship, with shifts matched to your experience and preferences.

Qualifications

• What You’ll Need (Or Be Willing to Get):
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care, Disability, or similar) is required or can be obtained.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check is required.
• Working with Children Card (WWCC) is required.
• Police Check (within 12 months) is required.
• First Aid & CPR certification is required.
• Driver’s license + registered, insured vehicle is preferred.
• A calm, compassionate, and reliable approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Personal care (showering, dressing, hygiene).
• Meal prep and medication support.
• Community access and transport.
• Social support and companionship.
• Domestic assistance and respite care.

Education
