GO Car Wash is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support Rochester Market operations in Rochester, NY. You will install, repair and service equipment at multiple car washes and coordinate with site leaders to keep operations smooth and costs in check.

We require 2+ years of industrial/commercial troubleshooting and experience with air compressors, electrical systems, 3-phase motors, VFDs and hydraulics. Forklift, welding, and electrical certification are a plus.

As a Maintenance Technician at GO Car Wash, you’ll be responsible for installing, repairing, and servicing equipment at multiple car washes. You’ll work with your leader and site managers to ensure the day-to-day maintenance and equipment is maintained while managing costs, necessary to give our customers a convenient, consistent, exceptional car wash experience.

For you to be successful, we’re looking for:

• 2+ years’ experience in industrial/ commercial equipment troubleshooting.
• Experience with air compressors, electrical, 3 phase motors, VFDs, motor controls, hydraulics, pluming, and pneumatics.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the safe use of power tools and heavy equipment.
• Forklift, welding and electrical experience and/or certification preferred, but not required.
• Car wash experience preferred, but not required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

You must also be able to:

• Communicate clearly, engage, and lead others by example
• Organize time and work to effectively and efficiently complete varying responsibilities
• Comply with all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements

Base wage is starting at $30 per hour. We also offer competitive health, 401(k), and paid time off benefits, plus free car washes, as well as an opportunity to grow your career with us You will be paid for commute, drive time along with a company provided vehicle, fuel card and power tools.

Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
