Responsibilities

• Carrying out landscape maintenance activities including mowing, pruning, planting, mulching, and garden upkeep.
• Following safety protocols and contributing to safe task execution.
• Diagnosing plant deficiencies, pest issues, and diseases.
• Operating hand tools and machinery for maintenance tasks.
• Helping manage irrigation systems, including basic programming and maintenance.
• Maintaining records of tasks and reporting progress as required.

Regal is looking for hands‑on Maintenance Team Members to support all aspects of planting and grounds maintenance across multiple sites. The expected wage for this role is $27.00-$38.00 per hour plus superannuation.

In this role, you will be a key team player, contributing to the success of our maintenance projects through the best horticultural practices, safety protocols and effective use of landscaping equipment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Team Member, you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, planting, mulching, and general garden upkeep.
• Following safety protocols and contribute to the safe execution of all tasks.
• Assisting in diagnosing and treating plant deficiencies, pest issues, and diseases.
• Operating hand tools and machinery for various maintenance activities.
• Helping to manage irrigation systems, including basic programming and maintenance.
• Maintaining accurate records of tasks and report on work progress as required.

Skills & Experience

• Qualifications in Parks & Gardens or Horticulture (desirable)
• A current Driver’s Licence and Construction White Card.
• Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related role, with a passion for horticulture.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Follows instructions and able to work independently when required.
• Committed to safe work practices and environment improvement.
• You are proactive, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Friendly, approachable, and motivated to contribute to a productive workplace.
