Action Drill & Blast is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for the South Walker Creek project in Queensland. The role drives safety culture, leads maintenance teams and coordinates major maintenance across drill and plant equipment on an 8/6 roster with DIDO conditions.

The incumbent will plan and oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance while liaising with project management to maximise availability and productivity. The position includes a company vehicle and benefits.

Formación

• 5+ years in a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role, preferably in heavy industry.
• Experience supervising maintenance personnel, contractors and day-to-day activities.
• Strong knowledge of preventative, scheduled and breakdown maintenance and equipment reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate visible safety leadership by promoting a proactive safety culture and ensuring risk management and safe work practices.
• Lead, supervise, mentor and develop maintenance personnel to ensure high standards of safety and performance.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee all planned, preventative, predictive, corrective, breakdown and shutdown maintenance to maximise equipment availability.
• Coordinate labour, contractors, tools, parts and resources to complete maintenance on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor equipment condition and maintenance performance, identify reliability issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure maintenance documentation, work orders, inspections, records and reporting are complete and compliant.
