Job summary

Alcoa Australia is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at the Wagerup Refinery to lead frontline maintenance teams, coordinating planned and unplanned work to maximise equipment availability and minimise downtime. • Trade-certified maintenance leader with refinery/mining experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching and prioritisation abilities.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance crews to deliver safe, reliable operations.
• Coordinate planned and unplanned maintenance with planners and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, Alcoa standards, site procedures and safety expectations.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Manage contractors, permits, inspections and sign-offs for safety-critical work.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve maintenance practices and asset utilisation.
