Job summary

NRW Civil & Mining is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a multi-skilled team on a major Western Australian mining operation. You will focus on safety, fleet availability, equipment reliability, cost control and continuous improvement, while mentoring your staff and coordinating planned and unplanned maintenance on a mobile plant fleet.

This permanent, full-time role is FIFO from Perth on an 8/6 and 7/7 roster, with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Trade certificate required.
• Extensive senior maintenance experience in mining, FIFO or heavy civil operations.
• Familiarity with Caterpillar, Komatsu and Hitachi earthmoving equipment.

As Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead and mentor a multi-skilled maintenance team supporting a significant mobile mining fleet. You will focus on safety, fleet availability, equipment reliability, cost control and continuous improvement.

About the Karara Project

Karara is the largest mining operation and the first major magnetite mine in Western Australia’s Mid West. The operation produces premium, high-grade magnetite concentrate and has an expected mine life of more than 30 years.
