Catalyst Metals Limited is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the fixed plant mechanical maintenance team at the Plutonic Gold Mine in Western Australia. You will coordinate planned and breakdown activities, support asset reliability, and drive safe, high-quality workmanship across the team.

Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will foster a strong safety culture, manage schedules, and maintain meticulous records, including downtime and parts usage, while aligning with site

Qualifikationen

• Australian recognised Engineering Trade Qualification in Mechanical, Fitting & Machining or related discipline.
• Western Australian Statutory Supervisor (S26) qualification.
• Current WA C Class Driver's Licence.
• Demonstrated experience in a maintenance supervisory role within a fixed plant, processing, or mining environment.
• Sound understanding of statutory safety, environmental, and compliance requirements relevant to plant maintenance activities.
• Experience using maintenance management systems, preferably Pronto, with intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Certificate IV in Frontline Management and Senior First Aid qualification (desirable).

Aufgaben

• Lead and supervise the Fixed Plant mechanical maintenance team, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Coordinate planned and breakdown maintenance activities to maximise plant reliability, asset performance, and equipment availability.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, coaching, and development opportunities to build team capability and performance.
• Manage maintenance scheduling, labour resources, and backlog activities in collaboration with the Maintenance Planner.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records within Pronto, including work orders, labour hours, parts usage, equipment history, and downtime reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational standards through effective risk management, SOP/JHA reviews, and visible safety leadership.
• Monitor maintenance costs and performance, communicate key issues and improvements, and contribute to operational reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
