Job summary

Bupa Mosman is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to provide quality and timely maintenance services across the care home, ensuring facilities meet regulatory standards and resident preferences. You will oversee repairs and maintenance to create a safe, comfortable environment for residents.

Key duties include preventative maintenance, budgeting support, and leading Maintenance, Cleaning and Laundry staff across shifts. Strong communication and OH&S experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Post-trade or advanced qualification acknowledged; experience in property maintenance.
• Experience in property maintenance and building works.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; familiarity with health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide repairs and maintenance across the building, grounds and equipment.
• Identify preventative maintenance and improvement works in-line with schedules.
• Assist in development and monitoring of repair/maintenance budget and expenditures.
• Document and communicate team performance expectations.
• Manage Maintenance, Cleaning and Laundry Assistants across shifts.
