Job summary

Bupa Mosman is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead repairs and preventive maintenance across the care home on Sydney's Lower North Shore. You will ensure facilities meet high standards and regulatory requirements while aligning with resident preferences for comfort and safety.

The role requires strong communication, team leadership and budget monitoring, with a focus on delivering dependable, quality property services to support residents and staff in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential for coordinating with care staff and residents.
• Ability to identify, prioritize and execute maintenance tasks efficiently and safely.
• Experience ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in a care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide repairs and maintenance across the care home, including building, grounds and equipment.
• Lead preventive maintenance, continuous improvement and corrective activities.
• Assist in development and monitoring of the repair and maintenance budget and flag over-expenditure.
• Document and communicate team expectations and performance.
• Manage Maintenance, Cleaning and Laundry Assistants during shifts to meet dining requirements.
