INDI Footscray is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead repairs and upkeep across apartments and common areas, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. You will manage maintenance schedules, coordinate contractors, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

You will report to the General Manager and support a safe, well-maintained property with after-hours and on-call availability. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement and preventative maintenance planning.
