About the Project

SupportingSEQWater, Ventia deliver preventative, corrective and reactive maintenance along with electrical, mechanical and instrumental services across its water network.

Servicing includes all maintenance activities across 35 water treatment plants, 95 pump stations and 26 referable dams.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Weekly scheduling of jobs
  • Forward planning of jobs
  • Attend, negotiate and advise Schedule Review meetings with the client
  • Coordinate and confirm outages/shutdown of relevant sites, parts, job requests to the allocated assets.
  • Liaise with maintenance Supervisors and crew members on any updates or variances to the schedules.
  • Monitor schedules and service delivery timeframes
About You
  • Demonstrated high level communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Proficient Maintenance Scheduling or Planning within Water, Heavy or High-Speed Production Industries (preferred)
  • Competency in use of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems(Mainpac, highly desirable)
