Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an MRD Support Analyst in Australia to analyse, develop and optimise maintenance and logistics requirements for the UH-60M Black Hawk fleet. The role sits in a Defence sustainment environment, ensuring maintenance data, policies and programs comply with airworthiness and Defence regulations.

The ideal candidate will have an Aircraft maintenance engineering qualification (Cert IV in Aeroskills or higher) and MRD qualification, with strong knowledge of Defence systems

Qualifications

• Aircraft maintenance engineering qualification (Cert IV in Aeroskills or higher, or equivalent experience).
• MRD Practitioner qualification or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Defence maintenance and logistics systems including eMRD, CAMM2, OmegaPS, NetMAARS, MILIS, FEDLOG and PUBLOG.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) and manage the Logistics Support Analysis Record (LSAR).
• Analyse and optimise maintenance requirements, maintenance intervals, spares support and engineering data.
• Apply Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) methodologies.
• Review and amend Technical Maintenance Plans (TMPs) and maintenance policy documentation.
• Assess and provide recommendations on Maintenance Interval Extension Requests (MIERs).
• Maintain the integrity of aircraft maintenance data within CAMM2 and other Defence systems.
• Develop and issue Maintenance Policy Amendment Notifications (MPANs).
• Support the UH-60M Reliability Program through data analysis and continuous improvement activities.
• Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) advice to Defence stakeholders, sustainment teams, and Continuing Airworthiness organisations.
• Support amendments to the Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) in accordance with DASR Part M requirements.

Eligibility:Applicantsmustbe Australian citizens and be eligible to obtain and maintain an active Australian Government Defence security clearance at the level required for the position.

This role is responsible for analysing, developing and optimising maintenance and logistics support requirements for the UH-60M Black Hawk fleet. Working within a Defence sustainment environment, the incumbent ensures maintenance programs, logistics support data, engineering reviews and aircraft maintenance policies are compliant, effective and aligned with Defence regulations and airworthiness requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) and manage the Logistics Support Analysis Record (LSAR).

Analyse and optimise maintenance requirements, maintenance intervals, spares support and engineering data.

Ideal Candidate Profile

An experienced maintenance engineering or logistics support professional with Defence aviation sustainment expertise, capable of translating complex engineering and reliability data into effective maintenance policies, logistics solutions and airworthiness outcomes for the UH-60M Black Hawk program.
