Job summary

ULS Group, a leading commercial landscaping company, seeks experienced maintenance gardeners to join our depot in Melbourne’s North-West and South-East regions. You will lead a small crew, manage daily works, and perform hands-on landscape maintenance on parks, streetscapes, wetlands, and estate developments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a crew in commercial landscape construction or maintenance.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven experience with soft and hard landscaping and maintenance.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• White Card / Construction Induction and driver’s license are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Undertake landscape rectification/defect works during maintenance period.
• Organise and manage daily works for all projects; lead and motivate a small team.
• Hands-on landscape maintenance across projects including soft and hard works.
• Deliver small project works on-time and on-budget.
• Uphold safety practices and OHS policies.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience leading a crew in commercial landscape construction or maintenance

• Must be well organised with a strong attention to detail

• Proven experience in both soft & hard commercial landscaping & maintenance

• Positive attitude & strong work ethic

• Current Victorian Driver’s License

• White Card (Construction Induction)

• Certificate in Parks & Gardens (highly regarded but not essential)
