Job summary

Aston Advantage is seeking a Project Maintenance Manager in Gunnedah to lead maintenance across a mobile plant fleet on a mine site, driving delivery, asset performance and safety while building a high‑performing team.

You will require a mechanical trade, strong leadership, and experience with CAT/Hitachi mobile plant, plus maintenance planning and scheduling in a mining environment.

Qualifications

• Mechanical trade qualification, experience with CAT, Hitachi or similar mobile plant
• Maintenance planning and scheduling experience
• Strong leadership capability and sound mining HSET knowledge

Opportunity

Lead maintenance operations across a large mobile plant fleet on a mine site, overseeing maintenance delivery, asset performance, safety and team leadership to maximise equipment availability and project outcomes.

Experience

Previous experience managing maintenance teams, mobile plant fleets and maintenance delivery within mining, civil or heavy industry environments, with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
