Job summary

The Casino Food Company Limited in Casino, NSW is seeking a Trades Assistant to support our maintenance team across production facilities. You will help with general maintenance tasks, plant checks and basic preventative work, with rostered shifts and overtime as required.

Prior experience helps but is not essential; we value a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Training will be provided in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and develop skills in a factory environment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions.
• Reliable with a positive work attitude and good teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist trades staff with general maintenance tasks across site.
• Support maintenance and refrigeration teams as directed.
• Undertake minor repairs, plant checks and basic preventative maintenance tasks.
• Perform general labouring duties and keep areas clean and safe.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
