Overview

We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Planner. Join our Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in ensuring the effective and successful delivery of integrated Facilities Services for the contract. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You'll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

  • Ensure the services are maintained in accordance with the appropriate Australian Standards, Therapuetic Goods Assosciation (TGA), Code of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) & the Client requirements.
  • Work order lifecycle management-planning and execution.
  • Reporting of non-conformance and development of corrective action plans.
  • Execution and closure of compliance actions & ensure records are kept accurate and auditable manner.
  • Ensure all works comply with Zero Harm and client side HSE, GxP, company requirements and applicable statutory standards.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor degree in an IT or Engineering discipline or equiv. highly regarded but not essential / Asset Management Qualifications highly regarded.
  • Extensive experience in a planning and scheduling position.
  • Experience in the pharma industry (preferred), FMCG, CGMP, or a highly regulated environment.
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining solid client relationships
  • Excellent knowledge of general utilities (HVAC, boilers, compressed air, chillers, hydraulic, process and electrical systems)
