Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) seeks a Maintenance Officer for our Young aged care facility. This full-time role (Mon-Fri, 8:30–16:36) focuses on facility upkeep, safety, and reliable issue resolution to keep the environment compliant and comfortable for residents.
You will handle general maintenance, grounds care, and participate in preventative programs while adhering to WHS practices, driving license requirements, and a proactive approach.

Maintenance Officer- Full Time- 76 hours per fortnight
Looking for a hands‑on role where your skills truly matter? We’re on the lookout for a proactive and reliable Maintenance Officer to join our team on a Full-Time basis (Monday to Friday - 8:30 AM to 4:36 PM) at our residential aged care facility in Young.
As our Maintenance Officer, you’ll take ownership of the facility’s upkeep, ensuring everything operates efficiently and safely. You’ll be the go‑to person for identifying issues, coordinating repairs, and keeping our environment at the highest standard.
