Job Description

Oaks Adelaide Embassy Suitesare looking for a dedicated and hands-on Maintenance Officer to join our Maintenance department on apart-timebasis.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the presentation, functionality, and safety of all guest rooms, public areas, and facilities acrossOaks Adelaide Embassy Suites.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Undertake general property repairs and maintenance as required.
• Assist in the execution of the preventative maintenance program to ensure optimal property performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
• Provide induction and supervision of external contractors as required.
• Maintain accurate daily work records and service schedules.
• Support the Maintenance Manager in managing contractor works and maintenance projects.

Shift Details (subject to change):

• Part-time position
• Monday to Friday roster (some weekend work may be required)
• Afterhours callouts may be required on an ad hoc basis

Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation):

Monday - Friday: $27.97 per hour

Saturday: $34.96 per hour

Sunday: $41.96 per hour
