Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for Club Wyndham Seven Mile Beach in Tasmania to lead the day-to-day maintenance of the resort, units, grounds and common areas, ensuring high standards and safety compliance.

The role includes managing and maintaining the resort's hobby farm, keeping accurate records, contracts and inventories, and reporting to the Resort Manager. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays is essential, with a hands-on approach and strong

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Maintenance Manager or similar management role.
• General property and grounds maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, building and pool maintenance.
• Knowledge of hobby farm safety, maintenance and day-to-day operations.
• Experience with Strata properties, holiday letting, pools and caretaker agreements is valued.
• Current First Aid certificate and strong workplace health and safety knowledge.
• Ability to work a flexible roster including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance contracts, inventories and fire safety requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of maintenance department for resort, units, grounds and common areas.
• Coordinate with contractors and manage maintenance scheduling and reporting.
• Oversee hobby farm operations and animal-related maintenance.
