Job summary

Team Global Express seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at Banksmeadow, NSW. You will manage preventative maintenance, repairs, and critical spare parts for automated sortation and related depot equipment in a safety‑driven environment.

You will guide tradespeople, implement schedules, and collaborate with the Engineering Leadership Team to improve reliability and performance while ensuring compliance with WHS standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified tradesperson in Electrical or Mechanical field
• Experience leading maintenance/reliability teams
• Strong electrical & mechanical maintenance background

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of maintenance tradespeople with training and guidance
• Oversee preventative maintenance and rapid repairs of automated sortation systems
• Manage critical spare parts inventory and ensure tools/equipment availability
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
• Collaborate with Engineering Leadership to drive process improvements
• Maintain supplier and contractor relationships for ongoing support
• Uphold safety-first culture and WHS compliance
