Job summary

Transfo Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our Brooklyn, VIC team on a full-time basis. The role involves performing electrical repairs, preventative maintenance, and system upgrades in a fast-paced environment.

You will read schematics, troubleshoot drives and PLCs, and ensure safety compliance. The ideal candidate holds a Certificate IV in Electrical Technology, a Victorian A-Grade Electrical License, and an unrestricted driver’s license, with at least 5 years in

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Electrical Technology (or higher).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Maintenance industrial electrical environments (FMCG).
• Current Victorian A-Grade Electrical License.
• Unrestricted driver’s license.
• Ability to read and interpret industrial electrical schematics.
• Experience with Lenze, Allen-Bradley, and Siemens systems (drives, PLC programming, etc.).
• Working at Heights certification.
• Proven fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of electrical repairs and maintenance activities
• Provide expert advice to customers on equipment condition and improvement opportunities
• Modify and upgrade existing installations to meet customer requirements
• Conduct preventative maintenance and complete work orders accurately

Transfo Pty Ltd is a growing company seeking an experienced and motivated Industrial Electrician to join our team in Brooklyn. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our operations and delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of electrical repairs and maintenance activities
• Provide expert advice to customers on equipment condition and improvement opportunities
• Modify and upgrade existing installations to meet customer requirements
• Conduct preventative maintenance and complete work orders accurately

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Electrical Technology (or higher)

• Strong understanding of electrical symbols and safety equipment (safety category)

• Proven fault-finding and problem-solving skills
