Lets Get Growing in Park Orchards, Melbourne VIC, is seeking a reliable Gardening Assistant for a casual role with a minimum of three days per week, Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with no weekend work. You will assist with maintaining a variety of gardens and landscapes, using power and hand tools, and supporting the Head Gardener.

The ideal candidate has at least 12 months in garden maintenance, full driving license, physical fitness, and a willingness to obtain Working With Children and

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in garden maintenance or landscaping.
• Competence using garden power tools and hand tools (mowers, brush cutters, hedge trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Good physical fitness and ability to undertake manual outdoor work
• Strong reliability, punctuality and attention to detail
• Ability to work well within a small professional team
• Working With Children Check and Police Check, or willingness to obtain these
• Applicants should live within a reasonable commuting distance of Park Orchards to ensure reliable 7:00am starts
