Momentum Consulting Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter for roles across Western Sydney. You will safeguard the operation of manufacturing equipment through preventative and reactive maintenance, working across day, afternoon, and night shifts with the option of permanent employment for top performers.

Key duties include diagnosing faults, installing and commissioning machinery, and coordinating with production to minimise downtime while maintaining comprehensive

Qualifications

• Must hold a trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter or Fitter & Turner.
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on plant and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults.
• Install, maintain and commission machinery.
• Conduct inspections and identify potential equipment issues.
• Work from maintenance schedules and work orders.
• Ensure all work is completed safely in line with procedures.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimise downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.
