Are you a trade-qualified Maintenance Fitter looking for a stable role with a well-established food manufacturing business?
We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join a busy production site, supporting the maintenance and reliability of plant equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on production equipment
• Diagnose and fault-find mechanical issues efficiently
• Repair and replace mechanical components including bearings, conveyors, gearboxes, pumps and drives
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives
• Minimise production downtime through effective maintenance practices
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to site standards

About You

• Trade Qualified Maintenance Fitter or Cert III Engineering (Mechanical Trade) essential
• Previous experience within manufacturing, food processing, FMCG or a similar production environment
• Strong mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
