Bega Group is seeking a Maintenance Fitter to join our Crestmead site in Queensland. In this hands-on role you’ll drive maintenance, reliability and equipment performance across our dairy operations, working with site teams to deliver safe, efficient production.

This full-time position rotates across day, afternoon and night shifts Monday to Saturday. You’ll bring Cert III in Mechanical Engineering and FMCG/manufacturing experience, a collaborative mindset and a passion for problem solving.

Qualificações

• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing, ideally with processing or packaging equipment.
• Strong problem-solving capability with a practical approach to root causes and improvements.
• Collaborative, team-focused with clear communication.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance, helping keep equipment safe, reliable, and running smoothly
• Respond promptly to breakdowns, supporting the team to minimise disruption and keep operations on track
• Contribute to continuous improvement, identifying and supporting opportunities to enhance performance and reliability
• Work collaboratively with teams across the site to share knowledge, build capability, and deliver quality outcomes together
• Support a culture of safety, care, and quality, ensuring all work meets required standards
