Job summary
Blackbook Executive Pty is seeking a Maintenance Fitter for a FMCG food manufacturing facility in Robinvale. The role operates on a 7 days on / 7 days off roster, with free accommodation provided during rostered weeks.
Base salary ranges between $100,000 and $110,000 plus super, with accommodation available during shifts. The successful candidate will perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on processing equipment, diagnose faults, and support improvements to plant reliability while
Qualifications
- Trade qualified fitter with experience in food manufacturing.
- Strong troubleshooting and fault finding skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a maintenance team.
- Commitment to safety, quality and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on food processing and packaging equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective repairs.
- Support continuous improvement to plant reliability and efficiency.
- Work with production teams to minimise downtime.
- Ensure all work adheres to food safety and OH&S standards.
