Twinings & Co Australia is seeking a Maintenance Fitter to ensure the safe and reliable operation of our Rowville site. The role involves preventative and corrective maintenance on plant and equipment, with emphasis on downtime reduction and asset history accuracy in CMMS.

The position requires working afternoon shifts with flexibility for day shifts as needed, collaboration with Production, Quality, Safety and CI teams, and active participation in site improvements and capital projects.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified maintenance fitter with FMCG experience.
• Experience with preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to work afternoons with flexibility.
• Familiarity with CMMS (MEX) and asset history.

Responsabilités

• Ensure plant and equipment are properly maintained to maximise reliability, safety and performance.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly to minimise downtime and production impact.
• Execute preventative and planned maintenance activities in line with schedules and company standards.
• Accurately record maintenance activities, work orders, parts usage and asset history in CMMS.
• Identify equipment and process improvements to boost reliability and efficiency.
