Job summary

Twinings is seeking a Maintenance Fitter to support the Rowville site and future Australian sites. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance, assist with installation and commissioning, and work with Production, Quality, Safety and CI to improve equipment reliability.

The role requires working afternoons with flexibility for day shifts, and involves coordinating contractors, managing spares, and promoting a safe manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG/food/beverage/pharma environments.
• Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and Quality requirements.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using MEX or similar CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant and equipment to maximise reliability, safety and performance.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly to minimise downtime.
• Record maintenance activities, work orders, parts usage and asset history in CMMS.
