Job summary

ResourceCo is seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter for our Erskine Park, NSW site. This full-time, hands-on role is essential to keeping plant and equipment reliable, safe, and efficient in a growing, sustainability-focused operation.

You’ll contribute to safety, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement while working closely with a collaborative team to meet production goals in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of safe work practices and manual handling procedures.
• A collaborative team player who’s hands-on, dependable, and solutions-focused.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a practical mindset.
• Electrical disconnect/reconnect licence (highly regarded but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant and equipment, ensuring compliance with SOPs and statutory obligations.
