Your Role & Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Fitter, you'll play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Safety & Compliance - Promoting a safe working environment, following lock-out/tag-out procedures, and contributing to safety initiatives.
• Preventative Maintenance - Carrying out routine inspections and addressing potential risks before they impact production.
• Equipment Repairs & Troubleshooting - Diagnosing issues, minimising downtime, and assisting with new equipment installations.
• Team Collaboration - Working closely with colleagues, mentoring apprentices, and driving continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

A solid mechanical background with experience in manufacturing
Familiarity with pneumatic systems
Proficiency in MIG/TIG/Stick welding and basic machining
A current forklift licence
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
