Job summary

Teys Australia is seeking a qualified Maintenance Electrician to join the Asset Management team at the Wagga Wagga processing site. You will perform fault finding, preventative and reactive maintenance on processing equipment to minimise downtime and support production.

Ideal candidates hold an electrical trade qualification, strong instrumentation knowledge, and experience with VSDs/PLCs and switchboards. A current driver’s licence and willingness to work rotating shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Electrical trade qualification required.
• Knowledge of instrumentation and circuit drawings essential.
• Experience with VSDs/PLCs and switchboards required.
• PLC/HMI programming experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Fault finding on complex meat processing equipment.
• Carry out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Assist in identifying bottlenecks and minimise downtime.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns to support production.
