Refresco Australia Pty Ltd in Condell Park NSW is seeking a licensed Maintenance Electrician to keep our highly automated FMCG production lines running safely and efficiently, with a rotating roster and shift allowances.

You will perform planned preventive and reactive maintenance, troubleshoot PLCs and Allen Bradley control systems, conduct fault finding and root cause analysis, reduce downtime, and collaborate with mechanical fitters to keep the line operating at peak performance while meeting

Formación

• Current A-Grade electrical licence (or equivalent) — essential.
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and industrial automation systems.
• FMCG, food & beverage, or manufacturing maintenance background highly regarded.
• Strong fault-finding, root cause analysis, and breakdown response skills.
• Commitment to safety, HACCP compliance, and rotating shift flexibility — Australian citizen or PR.

Responsabilidades

• Execute planned preventive and corrective electrical maintenance across all plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, Allen Bradley systems, and automated control systems.
• Conduct fault finding, root cause analysis, and attend to production breakdowns.
• Reduce reactive maintenance and proactively improve plant uptime.
• Collaborate with mechanical fitters on scheduled preventive maintenance works.
