Job summary

Danone in Australia seeks an experienced Maintenance Electrician for our yoghurt manufacturing team. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will ensure reliability and efficiency of production equipment in a fast-paced food setting.

The role is primarily day shift with flexibility for alternate shifts; you will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to drive proactive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and continuous improvement within a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Electrical Trade Qualification and current Electrical Licence.
• Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or processing environments.
• Flexibility to work alternate shifts, overtime, on‑call arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance across processing, packaging and palletising equipment.
• Fault-finding, troubleshooting and timely resolution of electrical/automation issues.
• Carry out preventative maintenance inspections and calibration activities.
• Support plant reliability initiatives and capital projects.
