Danone in Victoria is seeking aMaintenance Electrician to ensure the reliability of dairy processing lines, packaging and automation systems. This role is primarily day shift, with flexibility for other shifts to support operations and maintenance requirements.

You will work as part of a collaborative maintenance team, performing electrical maintenance, fault-finding and calibration, and supporting capital projects and automation initiatives to improve plant performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

Electrical trade qualification and current electrical licence.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills in a manufacturing setting.
Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or processing environment.
Flexibility to work alternate shifts, overtime and on-call arrangements.
Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Perform electrical maintenance across processing, packaging and palletising equipment.
Fault-finding, troubleshooting and timely resolution of electrical and automation issues.
Complete preventative maintenance inspections, electrical PMs and calibration.
Minimise downtime through proactive maintenance and root cause analysis.
Support plant reliability initiatives and asset performance.
Collaborate with Mechanical Fitters to diagnose faults and complete repairs.
Support cross-functional maintenance activities to maximise equipment reliability.
